Central to Ciboh's agenda is creating an environment where merit and competency are prioritized. "I believe in promoting fairness and transparency in all our efforts," he emphasized. "Meritocracy will be fundamental in our decision-making processes, ensuring equal opportunities for all members."
Looking ahead, Ciboh outlined plans to collaborate closely with faculty members and stakeholders to implement impactful programs that support student growth and success. "By listening to student concerns and engaging with our community, we will develop policies that truly reflect their needs and aspirations," he added.
He opened up about his journey to presidency. "Looking at the circumstances, I genuinely believe God wanted me to be President," Ciboh revealed in an exclusive interview. "I discovered abilities within myself that I never knew existed."
Ciboh expressed gratitude for the consistent support he received. "Not once was access to campaign funding a problem," he stated, crediting this support as a contribution to his victory.

"I am driven by the aspiration to make a lasting impact and contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of our society," he affirmed.
During a post-election interview, Emmanuella Ashiekaa detailed her plans and aspirations for the society, aiming to create a supportive and empowering environment for all members.
"My top priority as Vice President is to foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere where every member feels valued," Ashiekaa stated. She unveiled her immediate plans to organize a law trade fair featuring vendors exclusively from the faculty. "This event will showcase the entrepreneurial talent within our community and foster connections beyond the faculty," she explained.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Ashiekaa outlined her commitment to enhancing academic support through workshops, guest lectures, and mentorship programs tailored to meet the specific needs of law students. "These initiatives will equip our members with the practical skills and insights necessary for successful legal careers," she emphasized.
Recognizing the importance of student well-being, Ashiekaa highlighted her intention to promote mental health awareness and implement initiatives that support work-life balance among students. "Our members' holistic development is paramount. By focusing on mental well-being, we ensure they thrive both academically and personally," she affirmed.
Emmanuella Ashiekaa, Vice President-elect of the Law Students' Society (LSS), explained her motivation for running and outlined her plans to enhance student engagement, entrepreneurship, and professional growth during her term.
“My decision to run for vice presidency stems from a strong passion for leadership, service, and advocacy. Through my involvement in student organizations and community initiatives, I've seen how collective action can bring positive change. I see the vice presidency as a chance to contribute meaningfully to the Law Students' Society. I aim to use my skills and experiences to make a lasting impact during my tenure.
I've noticed areas where we can improve, such as enhancing student engagement, promoting entrepreneurship, and supporting professional development. I want to introduce sustainable initiatives that meet current needs and lay the foundation for long-term growth. For example, the Law Trade Fair not only serves as an event but also encourages entrepreneurial spirit among our faculty.
By focusing on community, innovation, and the overall development of our members, I hope to create an environment where every law student feels valued and empowered to reach their goals.
